Welcome to the Mirroring Geometry tutorial. In Sketchup there are two primary ways to mirror geometry, although there is no explicit mirror command. The easiest way to mirror is to use the Scale tool. Select the geometry, and then activate the scale tool. Grab one of the side snaps; drag it to the other side of the geometry, ensuring the Scale snaps to 1.00. Alternatively, you can use the Flip Along Axis command. Select the geometry, and look at your colored axis to determine along which direction you want to flip. Activate the command through the context menu with the geometry selected, and the geometry will flip in place.
