Splash Block
A splash block is a concrete or vinyl channel which is placed under a downspout, or a sillcock to catch and disseminate water. They are generally not attached to any structure, and can be moved as necessary. It's purpose is simply to prevent constant dripping of water from eroding one particular part of the ground, and directing that water to proper drainage as required.
