Bonus Clause
The Bonus Clause is an optional part in the Owner-Contractor agreement. This clause states that compensation shall be granted to the contractor if the project is completed before the expected completion date.

Depending on the jurisdiction, it is likely the Owner-Contractor agreement cannot have a bonus clause without also a penalty clause, known as Liquidated Damages.
